Our professional development program offers various options for employees to extend their skills and enhance their career.

University of Pace

University of Pace courses are held onsite via video conferencing and taught by University of Notre Dame professors.  Classes include Management Writing, Excel and PowerPoint, and Oral Presentations.

LEAP (The Leadership Acceleration Program)

LEAP was designed as an incubator to bring out leadership and collaborative qualities among existing employees.  Participants are chosen through a rigorous nomination process across all practice areas within the company.  Participation in LEAP opens numerous avenues to personal development and career growth within Pace Global - reflecting a mutual investment by both the company and employees in the program.  The program includes:

• Attendance at the Integral Leadership Program with the Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business
• A professional mentoring program and direct channels of communication with senior management
• An assignment for each group of LEAP participants that requires collaboration on a real corporate initiative
• Open dialog with senior management regarding the company’s strategic direction and activities

Professional Mentoring

Pace Global professional mentoring has been created to facilitate career-focused opportunity guidance and advancement through sharing skills, knowledge, and experience. This program, with its investment in human capital, bolsters Pace Global’s bottom line by enhancing employee development and productivity, as well as fostering an atmosphere of interdependence.

Pace Perspectives

Pace Perspectives sessions give employees a chance to engage in discussions with Pace Global Executives and industry subject matter experts (SMEs) on key industry topics and share the perspectives and outlooks that Pace Global is presenting to clients. 

Tuition Reimbursement

The education assistance program is designed to provide financial assistance for employee continuing education costs as they further their career through external, accredited programs.
