The Turkish government required representation in the development and financing of two international pipelines.

Our Role in Project:
Pace Global provided support in the areas of: commercial structuring, business planning support, financial advisory, development and negotiation of project agreements, financial modeling, structuring, project development and placement support, risk management, and host government education.  As the prime contractor to BOTAS Petroleum Pipeline Corporation, Pace Global was responsible for fostering the development of two of the world's largest oil and gas pipeline projects, the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil and Trans-Caspian natural gas pipelines from the Caspian region through Azerbaijan and Georgia to Turkey. In an advisory capacity, Pace Global was tasked to establish and enhance the contractual, financial, and commercial feasibility of the proposed international pipeline projects.
