Our Role in Project: Pace Global conducted a valuation and complete due diligence of a major high deliverability natural gas storage project in the UK. The valuation included an extensive assessment of the locational value of the project related to its specific location on the backbone of the UK gas transmission/distribution system and its proximity to proposed LNG receiving terminals. The valuation was tested under a variety of fundamental market developments including the introduction of new storage and LNG projects in the UK, the introduction of new gas pipelines into the European Continent, and various scenarios for North Sea gas production.
