C.C. Pace’s® portfolio of Energy Management Services (EMS) supports the commercial and industrial sectors in overcoming the

The "Your Energy Trustee®" Program (and the Energy Zone® Website) aims to integrate energy data, market
perspective, and business objectives to allow clients to use energy in a holistic manner, thereby improving one's energy
condition. By strategically managing energy consumption and spend, Energy TrusteeSM clients are able to control energy costs
in a way that supports business pursuits. The Program's priorities allow C.C. Pace® to define and apply best practices in data
management, commodity procurement, budget management, and demand-side management.
C.C. Pace® partners with our clients to identify and prioritize demand-side management opportunities based on a clear and
transparent value proposition. If requested by our clients, C.C. Pace® leads the outsourcing of detailed engineering and
implementation services and oversees the execution of the demand-side management program on their behalf.
We identify opportunities and leverage our GENIE database to aide in identifying the best opportunities for managing demand
based on the experience of hundreds of other commercial and industrial facilities. A report is then presented, highlighting
the areas where we envision most opportunity and formulating a clear value proposition and implementation plan.

The Pace EnControl® Meter is a tool that accommodates both real-time and next-day energy consumption and demand data. Users have
instant access to gas, power, generator, water, steam, and process data, such as real-time energy monitoring and reporting, curtailment
module, utility grade billing and settlement, energy procurement, and load modification analysis.

Regulatory Services
C.C. Pace® provides expert advice concerning the requirements of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), the United
States Department of Energy (DOE), the Surface Transportation Board (STB), and the various state utility commissions. On behalf
of our clients, we provide expert testimony, including the sponsoring of market power studies, and draft documents, such as
applications and tariffs to satisfy relevant regulatory requirements. C.C. Pace’s® reach spans across the natural gas, electric,
and coal industries. Our advice is solid and well-founded, based not only on decades of experience in the energy regulatory arena
but also on practical participation in numerous energy transactions.
