| Mr. Scholten is an expert in energy risk and market analysis, hedging program design, resource optimization, and regulatory economics, and advises senior executives of utilities and Global 1000 industrials on infrastructure decisions and implementing risk management programs. He has two decades of utility senior management and consulting experience, and has appeared frequently as an expert witness before multiple jurisdictions and legislative bodies on a range of market design, risk, cost allocation and resource planning issues. Mr. Scholten holds an M.B.A. from the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and B.S. in economics-finance from Bentley College. |
